Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Overview
We aim to provide high-quality products. Because we’re a small business, we only accept returns or refunds in cases where there is a fault, or the product does not match its description, or is otherwise not fit for its intended use. We do not accept returns or refunds for “change of mind” purchases, except where required by law.
This policy is subject to your consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
2. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
If a product is faulty, does not match the description, or is not fit for its purpose, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement or refund) depending on whether the fault is major or minor.
For “change of mind” (you simply decide you don’t want the product), there is no legal requirement to accept a return — and we do not offer change-of-mind returns under this policy.
3. Return eligibility & time limits
To be eligible for a return under this policy:
You must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order to notify us of the fault.
You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received (apart from the defect), with all original packaging, accessories, and labels (if reasonably possible).
If we request, you must provide reasonable evidence of the fault (photos, description, etc.).
We reserve the right to inspect the product before accepting the return.
Note: If the fault is major, you may be entitled to a full refund or replacement; if it is a minor fault, we may offer repair first.
4. Return shipping costs & responsibility
If the return is due to a fault or our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping (within Australia).
For returns not covered by this policy, the customer would be responsible for return shipping.
5. Refunds, repairs, or replacements
If your return is accepted, we will process the remedy (refund, repair, or replacement) within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or within 14 days of us agreeing on the remedy).
Refunds will be made in the same form of payment you used (unless otherwise agreed).
If an exact replacement is no longer available, we may offer a comparable product or a refund.
If we repair, we may request you wait a reasonable time for repair.
We will refund any original delivery cost if a full refund is given due to a product fault.
6. Exclusions / non-eligible returns
We will not accept returns or offer refunds under this policy for:
Products that are free from faults, or that have simply changed your mind
Products damaged by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper care
Products where the fault was disclosed before purchase
Products returned beyond the time limits above
Products without proof of purchase
7. How to initiate a return
Please follow these steps:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number, description of the fault, and photos if possible.
Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
Pack the item securely, include all original parts, packaging, and documentation.
Ship the item (we will provide a return address).
Once we receive and inspect, we will notify you of acceptance or rejection, and process the remedy.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on our website is the current one.
