My backstory

After experiencing a mid life-altering health scare involving a significant diagnosis, I embarked on a profound personal healing journey to better understand my body's diseased state and the WHY. I firmly believe that the body possesses an innate ability to heal when we take the time to comprehend the reasons behind our symptoms and approach treatment in a wise and educated manner. In 2017, inspired by this conviction, I established my private practice, AGEWELL, to help others navigate their own health journeys based on this empowering philosophy.

During my career 1 enjoyed over 10 years within Australia’s largest Metabolic Health unit at The Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney, as an Executive of the Metabolic Health and Liver transplant team. Working as the Liver Transplant co-ordinator provided me first hand experience of what can go wrong with a dis-regulated metabolism, fatty liver disease, environmental toxic burden and glucose dis-regulation. I have worked “the floor” as a senior clinician and educator in 5 different Intensive Care and Emergency units within the public health system in Australia.

I was most fortunate to work alongside Dr Jeremy Cumpston who pioneered NAD+ into Australia and established Australia’s 1st NAD treatment clinic. We continue with a collaborative professional relationship to this day.

I regularly attend Longevity symposiums internationally and incorporate the latest preventative health, biohacking and longevity evidence into my treatment plans and my compounded nutraceuticals.

With a passion for skin health and reducing toxic burden, the VP compounded cosmeceutical range was born in 2016 and is revisited and remodelled to this day.

In 2023 I embarked on my Advanced training with the American Academy of Functional Health, enabling full Certification as a Functional and Nutritional Medicine Practitioner.
