Her career began in Australia's public hospital system, where she held senior leadership positions in five different Critical care units, Metabolic health, Gastroenterology and Liver transplantation where she worked as the Liver transplant Co-ordinator and an executive of the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital’s Liver transplant unit. Yet it was her own personal health challenges that transformed the direction of her life. Frustrated by a healthcare model focused largely on managing symptoms, Victoria embarked on an extensive journey into Functional Medicine, Microbiome science, Nutrition and Regenerative medicine. That journey reshaped not only her own health, but the philosophy that now underpins her clinical practice.

Today, Victoria is the founder of Gut Skin Clinic in Sydney, Australia, where she combines evidence-based medicine with the latest advances in Microbiome science, Metabolic health and Regenerative aesthetics. Her philosophy is simple: healthy skin is rarely skin deep. The skin, hair, gut and metabolism are in constant conversation, and true rejuvenation begins by understanding the body as an interconnected whole.

Working with a discerning clientele who value expertise, authenticity and natural-looking outcomes, Victoria integrates Personalised Nutrition, Microbiome science and Metabolic optimisation with Advanced Regenerative skin and Hair therapies to support healthy ageing from the inside out.

Rather than chasing quick fixes or masking symptoms, she partners with her patients to uncover the root causes that influence not only how they feel, but how they look, heal and age.

A graduate of the American Academy of Functional Health, Nature Care College, Australasian Institute of Medical Nutrition and the Australian College of Nursing, Victoria is passionate about translating complex science into practical strategies that empower people of every age.

Whether speaking from the stage, consulting with patients or writing, her mission is simple: to help people become the CEO of their own health by making informed, confident decisions that resist disease and support lifelong vitality.

Her work reflects a growing movement towards Regenerative Healthcare—where longevity, metabolic health and aesthetic medicine are no longer separate conversations, but part of the same story.

She believes our greatest health reflects cellular and mitochondrial health, resilience and the remarkable ability of the human body to repair, regenerate and thrive when given the right environment.

Away from the clinic, Victoria finds joy in yoga, nourishing food, cooking, horse riding through the Australian bush, time with her family, and the company of her much-loved Ragdoll cats, Lyala and Gracie. She believes that true wellness is not about perfection—it is about creating a life that allows us to age and resist disease with knowledge, strength, confidence and purpose.
