Our Cancellation & Appointment Policy

At Gut Skin Clinic, our consultations are intentionally personal, considered and unhurried. Your appointment involves more than the time we spend together — we often invest significant time beforehand reviewing your entry history, pathology, specialised results and preparing personalised treatment plans and recommendations.

As a one-on-one practice with limited appointments, late cancellations can mean this dedicated time cannot be offered to another patient.

We completely understand that unexpected things happen. Our cancellation policy simply helps us protect the time and preparation invested in your care, while being fair to everyone.

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment.

• More than 48 business hours: No fee

• Within 48 business hours: $100 cancellation fee

• Within 24 hours: $350 cancellation fee

Where genuine unforeseen circumstances arise, fees may be waived at our discretion.
