Bio-remodelling : An introduction to the “LIFT and GLOW” treatment

Regenerative Aesthetics is a journey not a destination….

it relies on identifying YOUR unique treatment goals.

Tissue Bio-remodelling is foundational for Regenerative Aesthetics.

The aim is to use bio-compatible nutritive ingredients to support targeted facial tissue at varying depths without a sculpting filler.

This approach is most suitable for those seeking a natural and refreshed appearance and achieves outcomes far greater than using topical applications and quality home care alone.

Softening and supporting an ageing face is an art form and something to be done with finesse, trust and discretion.

My “Lift and Glow” launch has been created as a new clinic offer to combine 2 specific bio-remodelling treatments with unique features:

so …what does it involve ?

Think repair, restore, rejuvenate vs plump and fill.

Ist Treatment

1. PROFHILO, for restoring loss of skin nourishment and hydration via a well trusted and requested skin and tissue hydration treatment. Harnessing 3 long lasting HA strands heat treated together to enhance action and longevity. This treatment is fundamanetal to the support of fibroblast viability, metabolism as well as “water draw” in the Extra Cellular Matrix. I have been offering this treatment since TGA approval in 2023. This treatment has a very high customer satisfaction response with minimal downtime.

2nd Treatment

2. Profhilo STRUCTURA, approved in 2025 by the TGA and the only Australian TGA approved product indicated to restore facial adipose (fat) tissue. It’s action is to refine facial structure (lipolifting) by addressing age related volume loss and volume shifts in association with the atrophy of facial adipose tissues. Supporting, reshaping and remodelling fat tissue helps maintain the architectural supports of your face. The diagram below illustrates the downward progression of facial fat pads with age and the unwanted emphasis that can place on the jawline.

These 2 products work differently and are synergistic.

The approach is aimed at :

  • countering the age related decrease of Hyaluronic Acid (HA) in the tissues, restoring hydration, supporting elasticity and tone.

  • in a synergistic way combining deep tissue hydration (far greater than can be achieved with topical application) with mechanical action of lifting the skin by regenerating its underlying fat pads and structures, not by “plumping” volume.

  • using the tissues own natural potential to combat cell senescence and tissue atrophy through nourishing and repairing the ageing cells and the tissue matrix of damaged tissue.

Typical ageing appearance in facial skin is partly connected with age related changes of the facial subcutaneous adipose (fat) tissues and ligamental laxity from hormonal shifts. Both superficial and deep fat layers are affected by ageing in different ways

  1. Periorbtal areas

  2. Malar Fat Pads

  3. Lateral cheek compartments

  4. Medial cheek compartments

  5. Lateral temporal area and middle cheek compartments

These are the areas to assess strategically at your consultation.

Molecular weight matters and both compatible treatments use High, Medium and Low molecular weight HA that is heat treated and locked together to enhance their effectiveness and longevity.

HIGH molecular weight HA : Anti inflammatory and immunosuppresive.

LOW molecular weight HA : strong anti oxidant and wound healing, modulating inflammation, cellular migration and angiogenesis.

The LIFT and GLOW Combination

What it does ?

Hydrate Repair + Renew Regenerate

What is does not ?

Volumize Fill Change Facial shape

Disclosure : Both featured pictures above are from the manufacturer not from the Agewell clinic. I do not display before and after photos of clients for external distribution in keeping with my clinic charter and TGA guidelines for Health Care practitioners.

Why is HA important, not only in ageing skin ?

Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is widely diffused in nature and is present in many forms in humans, distributed around cells where it forms a cellular coating in the Extra Cellular Matrix (ECM) and holds moisture within the connecting tissues.

HA is most abundant in the skin accounting for 50% of the total body HA both in the Dermis and the Epidermis. It has a fundamental role in both tissue repair and the maintenance of hydration. It is used widely in Reumathologic, Orthopaedic, Dermatologic and Aesthetic practice.

“The bio-remodelling process can take time, occurs in phases and is not a quick fix. This will be discussed at consultation.”

I value your trust in me as a Clinician, both with your Functional, Metabolic and Nutritional Health combined with my passion for Regenerative Aesthetics and quality compounded skin care.

Softening and supporting an ageing face is an art form and something to be done with finesse, trust and discretion.

I have priced this package with reduction in both single treatments to make accessible.

Both price and suitability can be discussed at consultation.
